How heavy can the items be to be packed and how much weight may be secured with sanstrap® stretchbands?
The weight of the goods to be secured is not the only factor here, as the shape and the condition of the cardboard boxes or other containers also play a role. Thus you can only ascertain by testing our products whether the goods in your specific case can be safely and securely transported using sanstrap®. For instance, we have developed sanstrap® soft for especially light packaged goods which can be pulled easily off the pallet when the bands are being placed around them. On the other hand with very heavy items to be packed or when the transport may be rough and difficult, we recommend sanstrap® xxl or sanstrap® in widths of 150 or 200mm.
