Securing nets can easily be thrown over a load, but for that they require complex lashing to the pallet or cargo space. And this in turn already indicates where their use makes most sense: In external logistics operations when a pallet has to be transported in a vehicle or on a ship. During internal logistics operations however, their use is too complex and costly, for which reason securing nets are used almost only for external transport purposes.
