The ideal way to secure pallets

There are so many ways to secure a pallet in a warehouse. However the “optimal” way is the one which is done simply, quickly and flexibly, minimises any material required and keeps a tight grip on the costs. And this is exactly what we specialise in and develop at SANPACK. For us, other solutions often resulted in too many disadvantages: As a disposable item, rubber bands are far too expensive and can easily cause work related accidents. Adhesive tape damages cardboard boxes and has to be disposed of as special waste. Wrapping the complete packaged goods in stretch wrap or shrink wrap is too expensive, requires too much material and you no longer have access to the items wrapped and packed in this way. Plastic strapping bands, pack twine, bands, cord and so on are awkward to use during packing and difficult to dispose of. Furthermore, they are not elastic, or in other words if the secured goods move during transport the inelastic strapping bands, cord or other inflexible wrapping material can slip down and off.
