Everyone is familiar with Velcro (hoop-and-loop) tape as a detachable fastener. To date however, pallets have rarely been secured using it as it is of very high quality and thus not considered as a disposable item for the temporary securing of goods for internal transport. In such a case, it would have to be removed again and stored for reuse before the pallet can be completely packed.
